Privacy information
Private by design
This page explains the current product behavior. It is not a substitute for a complete jurisdiction-specific privacy policy; that policy and retention schedule must be finalized before public launch.
Information used by the service
Account email and sign-in data support authentication and email verification. A birth date is stored in a private profile record to support age eligibility checks; it is never included in member discovery responses. Profile text, interests, approximate location, privacy choices, likes, matches, reports, and message content are stored to provide requested member features.
Photos and sensitive documents
Member photos are uploaded through the file-upload module to Polsia storage and are returned only according to their visibility settings and member eligibility. No identity or age-verification documents are currently collected because no verification provider is configured. Never send documents to support.
Member visibility and messaging
Profiles are private drafts by default. Members can choose visibility and approximate location display. Messages are visible only to eligible members in a mutual match and are not included in notification previews or analytics. Blocking removes the ability to interact.
Analytics
The app records registration, session, onboarding completion, and paid-conversion/retention measures for aggregate owner reporting. Analytics events contain event type and an internal account identifier only; they do not include profile details, precise location, verification documents, likes, matches, or message text.
Your controls
Account settings provide privacy controls and an account-deletion request. Active subscriptions or unavailable storage deletion can pause deletion; this reflects the current provider state, not an invented cancellation policy. The complete retention, data-subject request, and jurisdiction-specific terms are not yet published.
